Create a new account

Before you start

You need an email inbox you can open now, a phone number in international format, and a name for your company. No credit card is required: the trial is free for 14 days.

Sign-up steps

1. On the website, click Start 14-day free trial.
2. Check the Selected plan and the Billing cycle (Monthly or Annual). Your trial runs on the plan you pick here.
3. Enter the Company name. Your workspace URL (your subdomain) is built from it, so Latin letters are recommended.
4. Enter your Email and click Send confirmation code. You will receive a 6-digit code; if it is not in your inbox, check your spam folder.
5. Type the code and click Confirm code.
6. Enter your Phone number starting with + and the country code.
7. Choose a Password (at least 4 characters) and confirm it.
8. Click Create account and wait a few moments while your database and subdomain are prepared.
9. When you see "Your account is ready!", click Go to dashboard.

Common errors

• Company name already taken: try a different name; every company gets a unique address.
• Code expired: send a new code and confirm it.
• Too many wrong attempts: request a new code before trying again.

What next?

The system guesses your country from your connection and sets currency and tax accordingly. Check it under Settings → Country before your reps issue their first invoice. Then read "Your first login".
