Your first login
Where do I sign in?
Every company has its own workspace at an address like your-company.vansaleshub.com.
- On the website, click Sign in.
- In Company name, type the name you registered with, then click Continue. You are taken to your workspace address. Bookmark it to go straight there next time.
- Enter your Email or username and your Password, then click Sign in.
What you see first
The Dashboard opens with today's indicators: today's sales, today's collections, active reps, open requisitions and out-of-stock items. Below them are a sales chart, a live map of open journeys, and the top reps, customers and products. The numbers stay at zero until your reps start working.
The sidebar is grouped into Operations, Catalog, Transactions, Management and Support. Each user only sees what their permissions allow.
A suggested setup order
- Settings: check the company profile, country and tax.
- Units, then Products.
- Price Lists: a product with no price on the customer's list cannot be sold.
- Vans, then Sales Reps.
- Routes, then Customers.
- Inventory: add a warehouse, then record stock in Goods receipts.
Rep sign-in
A rep account cannot open the dashboard. Reps sign in from the rep mobile app only; if they try the browser, a message tells them to use the app.
